What
Inbodhi Yoga Brighton is providing yoga classes for the community from near and far since 2017, all abilities welcome. In our classes you will learn the tools for a safe and efficient, free spirited practice.

Wednesday: Dyke Road Park, in the south west corner by the trees. Please see our social media for exact location, and look out for yogis! Summer only (currently not on).
Who
Inbodhi Yoga Brighton is directed by Caro. We have a team of wonderful facilitators, all trained in the same tradition, all of whom bring their own elements -and passion- to their classes.
Team Brighton
Inbodhi - A Yoga Circle is a family! All our trainers and facilitators have been through at least the same training and as such share the same philosophy and love for the practice - each one with their own unique contributions of course!
Trainings & Events
Like all Inbodhi centres, we offer 200 and 300 hour teacher trainings as well as workshops and 30hour immersions.
