Inbodhi’s roots go back to the year of 1989. It was then that Larry Schultz, known as “Rocketman”, opened his first yoga studio in San Francisco after spending seven years studying with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, who first taught the sequences of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as we practice them today.
Foundational Yoga Teacher Training
This (Inner) Teacher Training will guide you through a comprehensive understanding of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as taught by Larry "Rocketman" Schultz, laying the framework for his Vinyasa sequences as well as traditional Primary Series. Available as a 3 or 4 week intensive or one weekend a month for 8 months.
Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative Yoga Training
This advanced programme is designed to support current yoga instructors to learn and deepen the tools and techniques of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as taught by Larry "Rocketman" Schultz as well as Yin and Restorative Yoga. Your practice will never be the same again - and change the way you live your life. Offered as two 150hr modules, with the option to take the training as 50hr modules in some locations.
