What
Inbodhi Yoga Firenze is located in a beuatiful 2.5 story open-space loft - equipped with hard wood floors and natural light incredible scents and organic snacks. It is in a quiet street on the outscirts of the largest park in the city - a perfect setting for community.
Where
The studio is located just outside of the "old walls" of San Frediano. We are a jump across the River into the lush green Parco delle Cascine and a 15 minute walk to the Historical City Center.
Who
Inbodhi Yoga Firenze is directed by Michèle and has been open since 2004, previously It's Yoga Firenze. We have a wonderful team of facilitators who have been trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as taught by Larry "Rocketman" Schultz and are diverse in their backgrounds in Anatomy, Ayurveda, Vedic Chanting and Transformational Breathwork as well as in Yin and Restorative Yoga.
