an INBODHI yoga retreat

The purpose of this Inbodhi retreat is to be present, open and grounded in community in order to offer a flexible and accessible option for those wanting to build their own retreat experience - centred around their needs. We will (re)connect with our inner teachers and our daily practice as we nurture and receive authentic transformation, ease and joy.

(re)connect is open to all who would like to cultivate a regular yoga practice, sense of belonging and connection or simply seek a nurturing get-away which they can integrate into their daily lives. No previous experience is required, although an active lifestyle and willingness to learn / openness will be helpful. 

You will join the morning and evening practices as well as the morning sharing circle of our 200hr teacher training, which will take place at the same time. 

How many days you stay is up to you - this is a 'build your own retreat' experience. You are welcome to join any time between 6 and 17 May and/or 16 and 27 September 2024.

THE VENUE

This event will take place at Estudio Yucca, a beautiful outdoor studio near the town of Tavira in the Algarve, Portugal. There is limited accommodation available through the venue, with other accommodation options nearby. Lunch can be provided at an additional cost. The course and the materials are in English.
