Algarve Yin Yang Yoga with Breath & Music in Secret Garden

After a beautiful first event in this unique secret location near Cabanas, surrounded by natural beauty and a soft breeze, this is another opportunity to drop into the innate wisdom of your body and breath.

Last time we practiced stillness before tuning into some gentle breathwork - this time we will begin with a more dynamic standing sequence, combining breath with movement, before dropping into the Yin part of the practice - once again followed by a short breath journey and some original songs.

Once again, there is an invitation to share a picnic and a swim in the Ria afterwards.

Yin Yoga works with the meridians as well as the connective tissues of the body to help us let go of long held tension on every level. Working with our breath through various pranayama practices supports not only the letting go of physical tensions - inhibiting a full and open breath - but can also help to meet and resolve emotions and experiences we hold in our bodies.
