Brighton 3 Day Rocket inspired Immersion - OPEN TO ALL

We created this event to invite past, present and future practitioners into the circle to experience the bliss of being surrounded, supported, and inspired as we break down the routines, tools, and techniques that will be transformational on and off the mat!

This weekend event is also the first step for existing yoga teachers from other traditions who wish to integrate Rocket inspired yoga into their practice and teaching and is a pre-requisite for non-Inbodhi (and IY) graduates to join the Inbodhi 300Hr. Rocket inspired programme.

Learn the main ingredients of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as well as - if you are teaching - the foundations of how to facilitate all-levels-classes - and/or deepen your own personal relationship with Yoga.

This event is OPEN TO ALL, whether you are completely new to yoga or an experienced yoga facilitator.

We will have two practices as well as two practicum sessions a day - here is a sample schedule of each day:

9:30 - 10:30am: Morning Practice

10:30 - 11:00am: Break

11:00am - 1:30pm: Morning Practicum/Circle

1:30 - 3:00pm: Lunch Break

3:00 - 5:30pm: Afternoon Practicum/Circle

6:00 - 7 or 7:30pm: Evening Practice

Practicum sessions will include Personal Alignment, Breath, Bandhas, Drishti, Asana Clinics and an Arm Balance / Inversion workshop.
