Brighton Yoga Teacher Training (200hr) Weekends - OPEN TO ALL
This is the weekend version of our 200hr Teacher Training Programme - a great option for those who cannot commit to a 4 week intensive. It's a beautiful journey of self-discovery and transformation and we are very much looking forward to sharing it with some of you!

We'll have an evening practice on Fridays and a full day on Saturdays and Sundays. The training will be led by Caro Glaser, with the rest of the Inbodhi Brighton teaching team assisting. Physiotherapist and breathworker Steve Bannister will lead you through anatomy, giving you a chance to explore your personal limitations and possibilities as well as learning about theory.
