An Introduction to Transformational Breath

This workshop will introduce you to the foundations of conscious connected breathing - you will experience breath analysis, discover full diaphragmatic breathing, and receive a full Transformational Breath session.
How we breathe reflects how we live our lives. Just as we all have unique fingerprints, we each have our own breath pattern based on our life experiences, fears, hopes and physical imprints.
Facilitated breathwork provides a safe container to release and explore the wisdom of your breath as well as giving you a tool to help with anything from anxiety to physical pain or trauma integration.
Developed by Judith Kravitz, Transformational Breath® is a form of integrative breathwork which uses conscious connected breathing, toning, hands-on facilitation and movement to facilitate change on multiple levels. Physically, we open up the mechanics of the breath, addressing any long-held tension, which helps us to release emotional patterns stored in our bodies as well as creating an altered state of consciousness through which deeper experiences of integration can arise.

Indalecia Rohita is an Osho Sannyasin, Senior Trainer of Transformational Breath®, National Leader of TBF for Italy and Spain, Director and Co-Founder of Transformational Breath® Italy. Her deep experience in working with Breath has led her soul to go deep into the mystery of the Spirit of the Breath.
Following her continuous journey (Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu & Tuina Practitioner, Sound & Voice Healer, Osho Meditations (Dynamic and Static), Osho Pulsation (Reich's work: freeing emotional feelings), Spiritual Purification, Shamanism, Akashic Records and others) has found her passion and mission in supporting others in their unique healing process, teaching and facilitating conscious breathing in Transformational Breath® (Personal and Professional Training), incorporating her professional and intuitive skills in a space of unconditional love.
Indalecia Rohita leads Transformational Breath® trainings in Italy, France, Belgium and Spain. Since 2000, she started taking part in the Global Inspiration Conference, held every year by the IBF (International Breathwork Foundation) in a different country, and from 2002 to 2016 she represented this organization as National Coordinator for Italy and since July 2016 she is an Ambassador (www.ibfbreathwork.org).
Based in Tavira, Portugal, Lena is a singer-songwriter, Transformational Breath facilitator and E-RYT500 yoga facilitator and trainer.
She began her yoga facilitation journey in 2014 with her 200hr teacher training in Firenze, Italy, that changed her life on so many levels. She went on to complete her 500hr certification with It's Yoga, founding and directing the Inbodhi Yoga Brighton studio for five years before relocating to Portugal with her little family.
Over the past few years, Lena has completed the extensive Transformational Breath professional training programme as well as exploring voicework and recording and releasing four songs. Yoga and the breath have helped her recover from chronic illness as well as various surgeries and emotional traumas - they are the medicine she returns to again and again. She believes that everyone has the innate power to transform their life and well-being.
Lena's vision is to weave voice, breath and movement together, inviting us all to dream and breathe a little deeper as we find a sense of connection, joy and peace, and rediscover our inner child.
