Pre-required course: INBODHI Modules 1 

You can combine this course with Module 1 (November 22-26th, 2024) & with Module 3 Yin & Restorative Yoga Training (December 4-8th, 2024)

Module 1 & 2 are about integrating the practice on and off the mat and learning the main ingredients of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Learn all 6 Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga sequences as taught by the Rocketman Larry Schultz.

This training is about celebrating YOU as a facilitator, and a practitioner of Yoga!
