We designed this immersion for practitioners who wants to learn more about the ROCKET and have a taster or re-connection with the transformational  INBODHI training circle -

Learn the Main ingredients of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga: Breath, Bandhas (energetic intelligence) and Dhristi (focus) and the foundation of how to create a safe & effective self practice - and how have fun on the mat! 

Open for all levels & everyone!

Each day includes a guided yoga practice + eye-opening workshop

Module 2 February 26 - March 2, 2025
