Rocket Vinyasa - float & fly

We will cover the integration of the energetic bandhas and the role they play in floating and flying through your yoga practice - as seen through the tradition of Rocket and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga taught by Larry Schultz. We ll break down some signature poses, armbalances and inversions, will learn about modifications and will answer arising questions.
