About the Event
BREATH. SOUND MANTRA. RITUAL. ASANA. STUDY. This is a short taster session for our 200hrs weekend Teacher Training, in person, starting Friday 13th of January 2023. This session will give you insight and a flavour of our approach to the training. We will join together for an opening circle and explore the modified primary series sequence - the routine that you would learn to teach on the training.
