A Yoga Circle
Inbodhi roots go back to the year of 1989, when the founder of The Rocket routines - Larry Schultz "The Rocketman" opened his first studio in San Francisco, after studying with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois for seven years. All Inbodhi founders have studied with Larry or his students. Larry is known as one of the foremost yoga enthusiasts in the West practicing yoga over 40 years.
Yoga Teacher Training
This (Inner) Teacher Training will guide you through a comprehensive understanding of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, laying the framework for the Primary Series and The Rocket.
Available as a 3 or 4 week intensive or one weekend a month for 8 months.
Rocket & Yin Yoga Training
This advanced programme is designed to support current yoga instructors to learn and deepen the tools and techniques of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, The Rocket as well as Yin and Restorative Yoga - all through a modern, Western Perspective.
Currently offered as three 10 day intensive modules of 100hrs each.
