Service Description
Yin yoga in its essence gives you the possibility to relax, surrender, enjoy the present moment and accept everything that comes up as it is. By allowing your body to remain in silence in each pose you can dive deeper and affect your connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and fascia. Yin yoga is a very effective way to increase flexibility as the poses are held from 2-6 minutes. It is a meditative practice with an intention of self-acceptance, kindness and peace of mind. Please make sure you have an extra layer (e.g long sleeves and socks) to put on, as it's normal, that the body temperature is cooling while yin session. ——- Juhendaja Tuuli Arponen tunnid on inglise keeles.
