A 4 month journey in yoga, embodiment and conscious facilitation

This is the weekend version of the 200-hour training, making it more accessible for those unable to take 21 days off work or other commitments. We will meet two weekends a month on Saturdays & Sundays over six months. It is added to yoga practices, as well as online lectures to support your training.
