Grete finished her 200hr yoga teacher training with Inbodhi Yoga Tallinn this spring 2022. I remember meeting Grete again in the summer and thinking - wow, this girl is really on the go - she has a background in marketing, and arts and is a physical education teacher on top of it.
So when Grete told me that she would love to share yoga not at the end of the workday, but in the middle of the workday - I was surprised and inspired by the thought that I too could make some more time for myself in the day time, instead of working 9h in a row. Read below how Grete explains in her own words how she found yoga and why lunch yoga could be the next best thing for you too!
- Marilyn (Director of Inbodhi Yoga Tallinn)
"Before I started sharing yoga I was studying to become a curator in the field of arts, I remember having a nice conversation with an artist, and I explained what a process-based exhibition is. But walking away from that conversation I remember thinking about my life and I was feeling sad because of how busy I always was. "
"It seemed like I was trying to fulfil goal after goal. At first, the goal was to finish high school and then going to study abroad and do internships in various parts of the world. After that, the goal was to finishing BA and apply and get into a Master's degree program. And so on until I found myself asking why am I living my life based on goals and why am I not living in the process."
"So I asked myself: "if I could do anything right now, what would it be?” The answer was to practice Yoga. So here I am fulfilling my dreams and enjoying the slow process that is life."
- Grete Remmel (Inbodhi Yoga Tallinn - Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga facilitator)
